Christmas isn’t complete without a classic bûche de noël, or yule log cake, and this year, we have 3 delicious flavors to choose from. This classic French yule log cake is made with creamy chestnut mousse, almond biscuit soaked with a splash of whiskey, and candied chestnuts from Aubenas, France, finished with chestnut cream and whole candied chestnuts on top.
